Who handles your information

What you share with us
When you join the list, we collect your name, email address, city, country, optional WhatsApp number, your selected language and interest, and a record of your consent. If the link you used includes campaign identifiers (UTM parameters), these are stored with your registration to understand which campaign brought you here.
How your information is used
With your consent, we use these details to send Surreal Experience announcements and ticket news by email and, if you provide a number, WhatsApp. If you select travel concierge, we also record your interest in travel services. Joining the list is free and does not reserve a ticket or purchase any service.
Storage and access
Registrations are stored in the organizer’s registration database. Access is limited to people operating the event’s registration and communications. We do not sell the registration list. The site does not automatically send your submission to an external marketing platform.
Your network address is used temporarily to limit abusive requests. The application does not include it in your registration record. Hosting infrastructure may maintain technical access logs.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, request access to your registration, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted by emailing maisartagency@gmail.com. Use the email address you registered with so we can identify your request. Registration information is retained for event communications until you withdraw consent or the organizer closes the list.
Cookies and external links
This version of the site does not set cookies or load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts, images and animations are served by this website. Instagram links open an external service with its own privacy practices. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before it is enabled.
